Legal requirements for a Wedding in Fiji
Original or certified copy of the couple's birth certificates
Copy of the wedding couple's passport biodata page
If previously married, a copy of divorce papers or death certificate for the person concerned.
Couples under 21 years of age are required to produce a consent document signed by the parent(s) of the person(s) concerned.
A letter confirming single status from the Marriage Registry where the bride and groom respectively reside.
These documents may be scanned and e-mailed to the Wedding Coordinator upon confirmation of booking.
Note: Any changes to Fiji's Legal Weddings requirements will be communicated to wedding couples accordingly.
Required Processing Time of Marriage License in Fiji -
Couples are required to be in Fiji two (2) to three (3) working days before their wedding date
Fiji Wedding Booking Confirmation -
The Resort will require a 25% non-refundable deposit (based on the cost of the package chosen) in order for us to secure the date and times of the wedding celebration. Payments may be made via credit card or through direct bank deposit.
